Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo

My family and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. I booked a total.of 6 rooms as I wanted to meet my friends and partner's family who live here in Iloilo. I give Marriott Courtyard an 8 due to the quality of service that its staff can offer. I never have met any staff as friendly, accommodating, and considerate in any hotels in the Philippines even in the UAE except here at Marriott Iloilo. This what makes this hotel great.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome at FO. Ilongga charm at its best. Also, good service at the buffet resto and cafe…friendly and efficient. Security around the hotel made us feel just that: secured. Two thumbs up! Housekeeping equally attended to/ accommodated our requests. They were smiling all the time and making their very difficult job seem like “just a breeze.” Kudos!

The staff was exceptional. They booked cars for us, had a laundry service that was extremely reasonable, they booked massages for us, room service was great and get the free breakfast with your room, the breakfast buffet beats the miniscule US buffets. The fresh fruits are to die for.

It was very accessinle to mostly everything, comfortable but mostly, the people ( workers) were all wonderful.

Everything. Staff are very accommodating and cheerful. Such a pleasure staying here. Commending the staff who assisted me during the whole stay. I can't remember all your names (from reception, housekeeping, f&b teams) but you all are the best!
